Farnborough Counselling Service, established in 1990, offers independent confidential consultations to Individuals, Couples and Families.

• We are professionally qualified therapists, with over 20 years experience in helping people to deal with emotional issues.
  
  
• We are accredited by the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP).
  
  
• In addition to direct work with clients we also offer consultation via telephone or email.
  
  
• We have extensive experience in working with people who are troubled with stress, relationship difficulties, and unresolved past trauma.

Initial contact is made within 24 hours and usually an initial appointment is offered within two weeks.

The frequency and number of sessions depends on individual needs and negotiated with the client.
